The opponent is unarmed. In short, it seems to be a demon specialized in magic.
Even the previous attack emitted a large amount of magical energy.
“Why have you established your base of operations in a place like this? What is your goal?”
“Goal? Well, there are many things. We also have our own issues here.”
“I see. And does that justify killing humans?”
“That doesn’t matter. After all, no matter how many humans we kill, it’s not a problem at all.”

I prepare for battle, looking at my opponent.

After Elisa cast her strengthening spell, Yui shot an arrow.
However, the demon easily shattered the arrow.

They both launch their attacks in unison. Like a wave, they head towards the enemy.
“It’s useless. Everything is useless. Everything, absolutely everything is useless!” Gian laughs heartily as he deploys a magic barrier that nullifies the attacks.
“How weak! So pathetic! How fragile! Now it’s my turn!”
Saying this, Gian raises his hand. Then, several magical formations appear floating in the air.
“What…?!”
“This is getting ugly!”
The magical formations start spinning, distorting the surrounding space.
“Die! Everyone, perish!”
In an instant, numerous magical projectiles are launched from the magical formations.
The flying attacks head directly towards us, hitting with precision.
“Hahahaha! How about that?! My attack! Everyone is dead! Pathetic!”
The attack hits directly on my body. Amidst the raised dust, I take a step forward.
Upon noticing my reaction, Gian’s expression turns severe.
“What…? How can you still be standing after that attack… no, not just standing. You are unharmed! Even though you received my attack… you are unharmed!”
“That’s right. Despite appearances, my body is resilient.”
Gian steps back, rubbing his feet against the ground.
“He sends me a fearful look. ‘You… what the hell are you! It doesn’t matter now! What happened before was just a fluke! Die! Die die die!'”
Gian raises his hands and shoots multiple magical projectiles.
But I block them all. I nullify them completely.
“What… what are you… are you human?!” Gian asks me, trembling. Ah, whether I am human or not. I look at him and sigh.

“I felt nervous, but now I can say it. If I can defeat someone like you, then it’s okay to be something more than human.”
I prepare for combat and approach the opponent.

Gian desperately deploys a defensive barrier. A transparent sphere envelops Gian.
That doesn’t matter. It’s irrelevant to me.
“Unfortunately, this time victory is for a weak, pathetic, and stupid human.”
I withdraw my fist and strike the defensive barrier with force. In an instant.
Roar!
A thunderous sound resonates, and a shockwave bursts around me.
“No, I don’t want to. I don’t want to lose! I don’t want to lose to a human like you!”
“It’s useless. Everything is useless. Everything, absolutely everything is useless! Your efforts are in vain.”
In an instant, the defensive barrier cracks. With a crunch, the cracks spread. And then, my fist pierces the defensive barrier and reaches Gian.
“Aaaahhhhh! What?!”
Gian is thrown far away and finally crashes into a large tree. The tree shakes violently and eventually, with a crash, falls.
I breathe out and walk over to under the large tree.
“He’s alive. For now, it’s better to capture him alive. Elisa, apply a containment spell.”
“Yes!”
Elisa hurries to immobilize Gian.
After verifying, I pat them on the back.
“Mission accomplished. Let him pay for his crimes.”
“Incredible, Kyle!”
