The dungeon is incredibly vast.
Although the entrance was near a embankment by the river, the true location of the dungeon was a mystery.
It has been said that the dungeon’s location has been constantly investigated by explorers and academics, but it has not been clarified yet.
Several devices designed to determine its location do not function properly, leading to speculation that the dungeon could be in a “different world.”
However, that was not something that worried a novice like me.
I continued exploring the dungeon with the priority of not getting lost along the way.
During the journey, I encountered and fought a canine-faced monster on two occasions.
Although it was not easy, I managed to emerge victorious and unscathed on both occasions.
Finally, by repelling the third kobold, along with the first encounter, I felt a revitalizing energy coursing through my body.
Upon checking my stats, I noticed that my level had increased.

After pondering for a moment, I decided to acquire the skill [Mapping].
Just like when invoking my stats, I pronounced the name of the skill out loud.

Then, in my field of vision, slightly shifting the stats table, the map screen appeared.
On a square semi-transparent board reflected my current position, the route I had taken up to now, and the location of the magic circle marking the dungeon’s entrance.
The areas I had not yet traversed were not present in the display, but that was something I would have to complete as I progressed.
